Please note: This is not a party house. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with no other short-term rentals. Please be respectful of quiet hours. Do not have additional guests or social gatherings. Please do not make noise in the backyard late at night as it will disturb the neighbors.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 1 day prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 1 day prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
