Please refrain from entering the bedroom in the basement. However, there is a full bathroom and laundry available for use.

Guests do not have access to the garage nor the closet with the lock on it.

Please note the following:
- This is not a party house. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood with no other short-term rentals. Please be respectful of quiet hours. Do not have additional guests or social gatherings. Please do not make noise in the backyard late at night as it will disturb the neighbors.
- Our home currently can sleep up to 6 guests, this is made up of our 2 bedrooms along with our pullout futon in the office area.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
